This week's episode is inspired by a quote I found from Meister Eckhart - a 14th-century Christian Mystic.
He said this...
"The outer work can never be small
if the inner work is great.
And the outer work can never be great,
if the inner work is small."
In other words, our inner work is a catalyst for more impact - which is why I'm excited to spark this conversation about what's possible when you get curious about who you are on the inside.
Enjoy :-)
"When we make the decision to really know ourselves, we open up new levels of self-empowerment - because YOU are the blank canvas in your life... You are the common denominator."
In this week's episode, we explore:
"Your inner world is as vast, as expansive, as exponential, and as unexplored and unchartered as the outside universe."
If you have a desire to be more impactful in your life, inner work is the key. This is why I'm such an advocate for deep-dive living. When we allow ourselves to create an expectation of depth, we open up a new experience of life...
An experience, which ultimately creates space for our best self to thrive.
This week's journaling prompt.
Where are you setting for superficiality in your life and why?
"The inner work empowers you to be more intentional and purposeful. it empowers you to be in choice - so you can be responsive and not reactive."
